Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mellou. We ship to customers around the world and work to get every order to you safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, processing can take slightly longer; if that happens, we will let you know.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. Once your order is dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 8 business days.

This timeframe is an estimate. Local postal services and customs checks can occasionally affect the final delivery date.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package on the carrier's website or on our Track Your Order page.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details on import fees in your region.
